Please be sure to update nameservers to your domains to be:
NS.YOURDOMAIN.COM (replace YOURDOMAIN.COM with your actual domain)
NS1.RNRTECH.COM
NS2.RNRTECH.COM

You will need to make sure you have registered your nameserver NS.YOURDOMAIN.COM (using your actual domain name instead of YOURDOMAIN.COM) with an IP address of 69.10.142.5. If you have already registered your nameserver, just do so again but with the new IP address.

If your domain was registered through us then we have already done these steps for you. If your domain is through another registrar you will have to login to your account with them to make these changes.

This is our dirt cheap package. Good for a small website that doesn't need any e-mail addresses. This is best used for just a hobby site where you don't care about getting e-mail addresses and want to use your personal e-mail from elsewhere.	This is meant to be used by a small business, organization, or person who just wants to test the waters or who may not need a whole lot of extra belss and whistles. You get a few (3) e-mail accounts with this one, plenty of space for most sites, and generally enough bandwidth for all but heavier traffic sites.	This is for businesses who are a bit more serious about having a presence online. This package should work for most businesses. You have plenty of disk space and lots of bandwidth to grow your site. Not to mention you have use of our secure server for those businesses that want to sell a few things online.	This is our largest single-site package. It is meant for businesses with a heavy online presence or those who plan on doing large amounts of their business online. With this package you also have a dedicated IP address so that you can purchase your own SSL certificate. Not to mention you can set up annonymous FTP and other goodies.
